An alumni of SRCC, DSE & FMS, Dr. Dhawan is a distinguished academician & corporate trainer with over 20 years of experience in finance & management. She has been a faculty at premier institutions like Ministry of Corporate Affairs, IIMs, FMS & SRCC and also authored the book Merchant Banking and Financial Services published by McGraw Hill. She has also led corporate training programs in several companies like GAIL & Alchemist.
In 2023, she launched Mint Skills, a skill-based training startup which aims to bridge the critical gap between academia & industry requirements & making the students job ready.
She also joined her husband Vikram Dhawan at Mint Wealth, where she plays a key role in developing innovative financial strategies for clients. Indian & NRI clients. They have also expanded globally with launch of Mint Global in Dubai.
He is a seasoned entrepreneur & consultant with over 20 years of corporate & startup experience in Wealth Management, Skill Training & Strategic Real Estate Investments. Starting his career in 2003, he worked with top BFSI & Real Estate companies in India. Leveraging this background, he founded several startups, including IRX (Indian Realty Exchange), a real estate broker aggregator platform later acquired by Quikr India.
He joined Dr. Swati as co-founder of Mint Skills, with a vision to equip the youth of India with practical skills and real-world insights that align with current industry needs.
He is Founder & CEO of Mint Wealth, a premier investment advisory firm providing innovative solutions for retail, HNI & corporate clients. He also launched Mint Global in Dubai, offering global wealth strategies to Indian & NRI clients.
